Cancellation Policy

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notification will incur a fee of your total appointment cost.

Please reschedule/cancel in event of sickness.

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
